We welcome you into the town of Brightmoor. Please take a moment to read our rules and information. It is important to us that we ensure you have an amazing home life here in this community.
Brightmoor is an ever changing community. Homes and landscaping may be revamped periodically. Please visit us for up to date availability!

Please be advised that rent paid is non-refundable.
We will reserve parcels and homes for 24 hours. If the unit has not been rented by the person it is being reserved for within that time frame, it will go back on the market for sale
Rezzing by Natives
• Must be within your parcel lines and within the limits of the prims that you have rented.
•Rezzing outside of your parcel is limited to 50 Prims for current use only. Like for driving around town or taking photos, and must be picked up before leaving the area. If your items are not picked up they will be returned to you by one of the landladies.
•Renters are responsible for keeping track of the number of prims they have rezzed and the number of prims their added sub-tenants have rezzed. It is easy to do that by clicking on your rental mailbox and clicking prims from the menu.
•Rezzing should be in agreement with the sim theme, time period and surrounding builds.

Complaints will be dealt with on a case by case basis.
Increasing Prims
If you wish to increase your prim amount please contact one of the landladies . Please note that increasing your prim amount will also increase your weekly rental price. We are currently at 1.5L per prim.
House/ Parcel Swapping
There is a L$250 fee for swapping the current house placed down by the landladies to one of your choosing, and or moving from one location on sim to another. This fee can be waived if you rent the new location for more then one week.
Security On Sim / In your Parcel
•Ban Lines will not be permitted. Security orbs are not Permitted. If you wish for privacy we can most certainly turn on parcel privacy so no one can see your avatar within your parcel lines.
•We can and will add anyone to the ban list for your Parcel / The Region as a whole. Please IM / Notecard the landladies above to have someone added.
Native Information
•If you are using one of the houses already placed down on sim and would like to have your internal walls painted to another color. Please place prims in each room you would like painted with the color on the prim, then IM / Notecard the Landladies and let them know.
•If you need your Television / DVD Player / Land Radio Deeded to the sim, please place those items where you want them deeded and IM / Notecard the Landladies to let them know.
•If you wish to listen to a different parcel radio station, please IM/ Notecard the stream you would like to listen too to one of the Landladies to let them know.
•If you wish to have your own photo placed as the Parcel Identity photo please IM / Notecard that full perm photo with your house address to one of the Landladies.
LandLadies & Brightmoor Info
•The Landladies reserve the right to return objects based on common sense, if it doesn't make sense here, is causing lag, spamming or using too much of the sim's resources, the object(s) will be returned.
•Any information not currently covered in this 'Brightmoor - 2019 Rental Rules & Info' Notecard are subject to change via the Brightmoor Management Team on a case by case basis.
•Indemnification - Brightmoor, nor it's Owners, Administrators, and Staff is neither liable for damages due to the actions of it's Visitors, Residents, and or Employee's, nor is Brightmoor liable for Region Performance problems, and / or the loss of No-Copy items due to a rollback, sim crash, returned objects, or any other reason out of Brightmoor's control, etc. If you have lost inventory, you should contact Linden Labs directly.
